Plated Menu

Instantly infuse some elegance into your event with any of our plated meal options. From local Manitoba pickerel fillets to roast AAA beef striploin with red wine jus and everything in-between, we have all the bases covered to help you create a wonderfully traditional meal to please every palette. 

Plated dinner menus include one soup/salad and one entree. Entrees include one hot vegetable, one potato or rice, and one protein option. A vegetarian or vegan entree (select one) and child entree are included with every plated menu, and you also have the option to add on a second protein option ($3 more per person) or other side dishes served family-style.

If you choose to have more than one protein option we require meal choice indicators on your guest name cards and we also suggest hiring one of Manitoba’s talented wedding planners to help your event run smoothly. Ask us who we recommend!

Mixed Greens Salad 
Mixed field greens, english cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radish, pumpkin seeds with a house vinagrette.

King Cole Salad 
Mixed field greens, goat cheese, honey roasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and an apple cider grainy mustard vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese with caesar dressing.

Greek Salad 
Grape tomatoes, english cucumber, red onions, roasted red peppers, black olives, and feta cheese with a greek dressing.

Late night snacks can be added onto any buffet, family-style or sit-down meal.

Nacho Bar – $7.50
Tortilla chips with nacho cheese, green onions, banana peppers, diced tomatoes, black olives, sour cream, and salsa with choice of spiced chicken or beef.

Perogy Bar – $7.95
Perogies, kielbasa or bacon, cheddar, green onions, and sour cream.

Poutine Bar – $10.50 
Fresh, crisp, deep-fried french fries with poutine gravy, cheese curds and hot sauce. 

Gourmet Mac and Cheese Bar – $7.95
Bacon, green onions, panko breadcrumbs, crispy fried onions, pico de gallo and hot sauce.

Dessert Bar with Dainties, Cookies, Cake , and Smores – $7.50 
S’mores bar consists of vanilla marshmallows, which guests dip in milk and dark chocolate, then top with graham crackers and smashed Oreo cookies.

Social Platter – $4.50
Assorted meats, breads, buns, pickles, cheese, crackers, and condiments.

  • Minimum order of 80 people. Price includes staff to set up, run and tear down the food station, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins.
  • Poutine bar requires the ability to deep fry on site.
  • Late night snack can be served anytime before 10 PM for up to 60 minutes. Additional staffing fees apply for late night snack served after 10 PM.
