Plated Menu
Instantly infuse some elegance into your event with any of our plated menu options. From local Manitoba pickerel fillets to roast AAA beef striploin with red wine jus and everything in-between, we have all the bases covered to help you create a wonderfully traditional meal to please every palette.Β
Plated dinner menus include one soup/salad and one entree. Entrees include one hot vegetable, one potato or rice, and one protein option. A vegetarian or vegan entree (select one) and child entree are included with every plated menu, and you also have the option to add on a second protein option ($3 more per person) or other side dishes served family-style.
If you choose to have more than one protein option we require meal choice indicators on your guest name cards and we also suggest hiring one of Manitoba’s talented wedding planners to help your event run smoothly. Ask us who we recommend!

Late night snacks can be added onto any buffet, family-style or sit-down meal.
Nacho Bar – $10.50
Tortilla chips with nacho cheese, green onions, banana peppers, diced tomatoes, black olives, sour cream, and salsa with choice of spiced chicken or beef.
Taco Bar – $11.95
Soft flour tortillas, pork carnitasΒ or shredded chicken, pico de gallo, sour cream, salsa, feta, pickled onions, cilantro and hot sauce.Β
Perogy Bar – $10.95
Perogies, kielbasa or bacon, cheddar, green onions, and sour cream.
Gourmet Mac and Cheese Bar – $11.95
Bacon, green onions, panko breadcrumbs, crispy fried onions, pico de gallo and hot sauce.
Social Platter – $8.50
Assorted meats, breads, buns, pickles, cheese, crackers, and condiments.
- Minimum order of 80 people. Price includes staff to set up, run and tear down the food station, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins.
- Late night snack can be served anytime before 10 PM for up to 60 minutes. Additional staffing fees apply for late night snack served after 10 PM.
