The Banquet Hall
Situated in a quiet country setting, our beautiful banquet hall is located just 15 minutes south of the Perimeter Highway on Provincial Road 330. Newly constructed in 2001, with a capacity of 220, it offers a large stage with excellent acoustics and a sound system. Events can be set up with both round and banquet tables, and a separate adjoining meeting room is also available. There is ample free parking and we are wheel chair accessible.
Staff and equipment are provided including all china, cutlery and glasses. AS OF JUNE 1, 2016: Basic tablecloths, head table skirting and napkins can be added onto your dinner package for $200.
Menu selection- all information should be finalized 4 weeks in advance of function.
Minimum guarantee- 5 days before function. Charge per person based on confirmation.
Deposits- Minimum $500.00 on booking. 50% of projected costs for event due 4 weeks prior to function date. Balance due the day before function and all overdue accounts will be charged 4% per month. Delays in food service because of later than stated start time will be charged at rate of $150.00 per hour.
Bar service is available starting at $5.95 p.p (includes corkage, ice, garnish, and mix). Bartenders start at $20 per hour. Please contact us for a quote.
